Since Scott Howard was formed in 1977 we have provided our customers what we believe is a 'Unique' after sales service totally Free of any charge. An autonomous department called 'Existing User Servicing' provides a free quarterly site visit to ensure all our products are functioning correctly and to your requirements. During these visits we also conduct safety checks to ensure that our customers are using their furniture safely and correctly and offer advice on how to make the best use of each workstation on site. These visits also perform an important insurance role as our visits also ensure your site is covered by our Product Liability insurance in the unlikely event that something should go wrong. Regular servicing is vitally important to ensure insurance cover for your site. Our inspection engineers are fully trained in all Scott Howard's product ranges dating back to 1977 and because of their first hand experience they can often help with products not supplied by us. Irrespective of our suppliers' guarantees, we have always provided a lifetime guarantee on all our ranges to give our customers peace of mind.
